a. Resolution, re: Finance Committee Bills be allowed and payment be made.

b. Resolution, re: The Director of Development and Housing has recommended the abatement of the 2017 Tax Levy established by Ordinance No. 7383, which established the $3,550,000.00 General Obligation Bond, Series 2014 and that the attached Ordinance be considered.

c. Resolution, re: The Director of Development and Housing has recommended the abatement of the 2017 Tax Levy established by Ordinance No. 7488, which established the $8,750,000.00 General Obligation Refunding Bond, Series 2016 and that the attached Ordinance be considered.

d. Resolution, re: The Director of Development and Housing has recommended the abatement of the 2017 Tax Levy established by Ordinance No. 7202, which established the $2,750,000.00 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010 and that the attached Ordinance be considered.

e. Resolution, re: That a tax levy ordinance be considered for the fiscal year commencing on the first day of April 2017 and ending on the 31st day of March 2018 in an amount recommended by the City Comptroller.

f. Resolution, re: The City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois, that a public hearing be scheduled to allow comments and questions concerning the proposed Transition Plan drafted by the officials of the City of Alton pursuant to Title II of the Americans with Disability Act.

g. Resolution, re: That the Public Works Director be and is hereby authorized to purchase one 2018 international 7400 SFA 4 x 2 dump truck using the State of Illinois bid price of $124,571.00 from Rush Truck Centers and that funding will come from Sewer Maintenance Fund (1711/9760).

i. Resolution, re: That the Comptroller’s Office be authorized to advertise for bids pertaining to the City of Alton’s 2018 MFT Maintenance Program.

j. Resolution, re: That the Maintenance Engineering Agreement between JMH Consulting Services, LLC and the City of Alton for engineering services pertaining to the City of Alton’s 2018 MFT Maintenance Program.

k. Resolution, re: The Council of the City of Alton Illinois that there is hereby appropriated the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($970,000.00) of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways under the applicable provisions of Illinois Highway Code from 01/01/18 to 12/31/18.

d. Ordinance No. 7603. An Ordinance granting a Special Use Permit to allow a hair salon at 3209 Edwards Street, Alton, Illinois. (lay-over)

14. Approval Of Actions Taken Under Suspension Of Rules At Prior Meeting.

a. Resolution, re: That the Fire Chief is hereby authorized and directed to sign and execute any and all documents necessary to purchase one 2017 Dodge demonstrator ambulance, from Osage Ambulances.

b. Resolution, re: That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute the attached permit tendered to the City of Alton by the Illinois Department of Transportation allowing the installation of license plate recognition cameras on the Clark Bridge and that any prior execution of the proposed permit by the Mayor is hereby ratified and confirmed.

c. Resolution, re: The City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois finds and determines that it is appropriate and necessary to exempt 90% of the gross receipts of public utilities received from, or electricity used or consumed by, those industrial or business enterprises as certified by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and that the attached ordinance be considered.

d. Ordinance No. 7599. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 7580 recently adopted by the City of Alton with regard to the utility tax and electricity.
