Resolution, re: The City of Alton has by Resolution approved an Aggregation Program Agreement dated on or about February 24, 2016 between Illinois Power Marketing Company d/b/a Homefield Energy and the City of Alton and City Council desires to extend the current Agreement with Homefield Energy at a reduced rate and that the Mayor and appropriate officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the attached Amendment Letter dated October 25, 2017 and be it further resolved that any execution of said agreement by the Mayor prior to formal approval of this Resolution is hereby ratified and confirmed as authorized by the City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois.
