Alton James Killion-Beautification and Enhancement Committee met Dec. 28.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Meeting was opened with prayer by Chairman Steve Thomas and the
following members were present.
Tammy Smith, (teleconference) Sheila Goins (teleconference), Abe Lee
Barham and Steve Thomas.
Topic:
Information was provided by Tammy Smith that 20 cans were secured
for this project and will be available for delivery January,12, 2018. We
only need addresses and contacts from the individual schools that are
going to be involved. We’ve already received confirmation of contacts
and delivery addresses from Mr. Bellm, Ms. DeConcini and Ms. Weber.
We are asking that each school receive (if possible) 4 four cans for
painting. If more are needed or wanted, just let myself or Ms. Smith
know how many you are willing to paint.
