     B. Approval of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Section 114-302 of the Codified Ordinances of

         the City of Edwardsville - Parking Prohibited at All Times (North Fillmore)

     C. Approval of Local Public Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for FAU 8877 (St. Louis

          Street)

     D. Approval of Resolution Authorizing Local Funds for the Milling and Resurfacing of FAU 8877 (St.

          Louis Street) in the amount of $243,250

     E. Approval of Local Public Agency Agreement for Federal Participation for FAU 8874 (Center Grove

          Road)

     F. Approval of Resolution Authorizing Local Funds for Intersection Improvements of FAU 8874

         (Center Grove Road) in the amount of $86,940

     G. Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly Inc. for

          Temporary Traffic Signal Plan Development (IL143 at I-55), in the amount of $18,978.00
