The East St. Louis City Council Committee on Community Development was called to order in the City Council Chambers (2nd Floor) of the Municipal Building located at 301 River Park Drive, East St. Louis, Illinois on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 6:45 p.m. by Chairman Robert Eastern III.

Motioned by Councilman Eastern and seconded by Mayor Jackson-Hicks to approve Item 5A. A RESOLUTION FOR THE CESL TO ACCEPT THE ESL NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR ARTS OURTOWN PROJECT FABRIC ARTWORK AND ACCOMPANYING A DISPLAY CASE DONATED BY CREATIVE EXCHANGE LAB
