• Fred’s Towing petitioned the Alton City Council to rezone from R-2 (One-Family Residential) to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) at the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-2-08-06-18-301-002, Section 6, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 2411 Salu, Alton, Illinois, to expand business for storage of vehicles.
• Brenda Hazel, applicant, (FGL Broadway, LLC, owner) petitioned the Alton City Council for a special use permit at the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-2-07-02-08-201-011, Section 3, Township 5 North, Range 10 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 4130 Alby, Alton, Illinois, to open taxi cab office.
