Committee Reports:

Street/Alley –

1. Committee reports Bow Dr. is now Woodland Dr. as reported by 911 to Gerdes.

2. Flashing Sign for crossing on hold waiting on input from school.

3. Committee RECOMMENDS Parking on North St. Clair remain as it is but put up “No Angle Parkings”signs.

Health/Safety – Meet May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

Ordinance –

1. Action: Committee wishes input on changes to Ordinance procedures. Re-enactment of 3 reading rule

2. Info: Commercial occupancy/ safety inspection still at legal

3. Info: Code of Ordinances updates – in research.

4. Info: Compensation for clerk/collector – must receive recommendation from personnel committee if ordinance is needed at all

Water/Sewer – Meet May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

Cemetery – No report

Finance – Meet May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

Public Property –

Clerk –

1. Notice: There are still EIS statements that need to be filled out by the end of April before fines will begin by the county.

2. Present and approve new fee schedule

3. Discussion for the purchasing at 750.00 the property at 440 W Main St Lebanon, IL for a green space.

Treasurer –

1. CD Rates - Renegotiate New Terms/Rates with FFSB. City Council to approve new CD rates and terms.

2. Warrants - Approve & pay any outstanding bills that came in after April 2, 2018 (MON) that were not approved this month that need to come out of this fiscal year.
