City of East St.Louis Board of Fire & Police Commission met April 10. 

Here is the minutes as provided by the board:

     1. Chairman Rev. Johnny Scott opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m.

     2. Attendees included:

          Mr. Eddie Bass                    Mr. Larry T. Hampton, Sr.                   Atty. Pearson Bush

          Mr. Jesse Davis                   Ms. Ramonda Fleming

           Rev. Johnny Scott              Ms. Monica Grandberry

     3. The attendees reviewed the meeting minutes from March 13, 2018 @5:31 Jesse Davis made

          motion and Larry T. Hampton Sr second the motion

     4. Under New Business the following items were discussed:

           Board Members voted to hire probationary patrolman (Jason Boyd) @5:32 Larry T

               Hampton Sr. made motion and Jesse Davis second the motion.

           Board Members voted to accept March monthly report from Fire Department @5:33

              Larry T. Hampton Sr. made motion and Jesse Davis second motion.

           Board Member s voted to accept March monthly report from Police Department @5:34

              Larry T. Hampton Sr. made motion and Jesse Davis second the motion.

There being no other business Larry T. Hampton Sr. motioned for Adjournment Eddie Bass second the

motion. All voted in favor of adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 5:43pm
