Elizabeth Enloe has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a variance for the construction of an addition to her residence. The requested eight-foot variance would allow the proposed addition to continue/maintain the same 22-foot setback to the rear property line as the existing residence rather than the required 30-foot rear yard setback. The property at 522 Buena Vista Drive is zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-14-06- 102-012.
B. Case 2018-19
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit to allow two (2) drive-thru lanes for a restaurant. The property at 2204 LaVelle Drive, former site of Burger King, is zoned B-2 Commercial Business District and more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-23- 00-000-056.
