Street/Alley –

1. Committee recommends to approve the request from St. Paul, UUC to close first block of Dee St for 150th anniversary on June 10th 2018.

2. Committee recommends to move forward with “Flashing” school sign at Rt 4 and 50 At Schuetz St. add up grade light $350 for signs Health/Safety – MEET June 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m

Ordinance –

1. The committee recommends the passage of “An Ordinance Imposing And Levying The Municipal Hotel Operators’ Occupation Tax On The Operators Of Hotels Within The City Of Lebanon”

2. The committee recommends that a policy be adopted that ordinances be read at the minimum of 2 meetings before being acted upon. This especially includes all ordinances that will be codified. Ordinances of a personal nature, such as Special Use Permits, may be acted upon immediately. Ordinances deemed to be “an emergency” or with short external lead times may be exempted from this policy by stating such reason as part of the action.
