g) A Resolution Approving the Final Plat of the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Lakeview Farms Subdivision – Approves the Final Plat
h) An Ordinance Approving a Zoning Amendment – Plum Street – Changes the zoning designation of a 15.41-acre tract from R-2 to B-2
i) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1242 by Rezoning 333 S. Kansas Street, PID 14-2-15-11-19-401-009 from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial Business District – Changes the zoning designation of the former site of Alvareita’s School of Cosmetology
j) A Resolution Approving the O’Reilly Auto Parts Subdivision Plat – Consolidates 4 individual parcels into one lot for construction of a new commercial building and accessory parking on one lot
