COLLINSVILLE COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT 10: Registration Information for 2018-19 School Year

Collinsville Community Unit School District 10 issued the following announcement on June 11.

Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 parents and guardians can complete the Online Registration process for the upcoming 2018-19 school year beginning 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2018.

Online registration allows you to complete the school registration process via personal computer, smartphone or tablet, 24/7, once the registration window is open.

At 6:00 p.m. on July 16, the Online Registration Window will open on Skyward. Skyward can be accessed by clicking the icon on this page or by clicking the icon at the top of the homepage on the kahoks.org website*.

During June, parents/guardians of new students who have enrolled into the Collinsville School District (attending school in the district for the first time this upcoming school year) will receive a letter outlining directions for the Online Registration process and including the Family Access Username and Password for their child’s Skyward Family Access account.
Parents/Guardians of returning students (students who attended school in Unit 10 last year) will receive a postcard that outlines directions to complete the registration process.

ALL parents/guardians will need the Family Access Username and Password to log into their Skyward Family Access account. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you may retrieve this information via the Family Access Link at the top of the homepage on the kahoks.org website or by clicking the Skyward icon on this page.

PLEASE NOTE: Students new to the district who have not completed the enrollment process or who do not have a birth certificate on file MUST enroll at the CUSD 10 Student Services Office in the Administrative Annex (123 W. Clay Street, Collinsville) OR during in-person Centralized Registration days on July 24 and 25 from 1:00-7:00 p.m. at Collinsville High School. Anyone requiring assistance with the online student registration process can receive help during Open Computer Lab Sessions:

Wednesday, July 18 from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Kreitner Elementary School, 9000 College Avenue, Collinsville
Tuesday, July 24 and Wednesday, July 25 from 1:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. at Collinsville High School, 2201 S. Morrison Avenue, Collinsville

Collinsville High School students must visit CHS on July 24 (A-K) or July 25 (L-Z) to receive class schedules, textbooks, Chromebook, ID picture, purchase PE uniforms and reserve parking. All other students (grades K-8) may complete the entire registration process online via the Skyward Family Access Portal beginning July 16 and DO NOT need to attend Centralized Registration.
