Dunlap Station 1 responded to 52 calls in 2017 - 13.3 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Dunlap 1 included 31 fires - 11 structure fires, four vehicle fires and 16 other fires.

In all, the department saw $246,300 in fire loss - or about $7,945 per fire.

The department also received 21 false calls, including one malicious call and 20 other false calls.

One fire service member was injured in fire-related incidents.
