City of Alton Municipal Band Board will meet on June 27.

Marketing Expenses: brochures/flyers up to $500 through Schwartzkopf
Printing (expense was approved in March under prior year’s budget)
Reimburse Martha $158 for 2 logos from Deluxe Corporation and $100 for Aframe
sign from Sign Magic (total of $258).

5. Staffing, scheduling, promoting, funding for band and small ensembles.

inventory plans, etc. (Add new percussion equipment to inventory list.)
7. Discuss option for paying for extra duties.
Possible extra duties: Compiling inventory list for the City, managing
percussion equipment, section leader/extra staffing duties.
