Proposed Ordinance No. 17-'18, an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 190, "The Revised Code," Chapter 14, the Development Code, Section 14-1-11 Rules and Definitions and Article IV Supplementary Land Use and Area Bulk Regulations by adding Video Gaming Establishments. (Community Committee)
Proposed Resolution No. 39-'18, a Resolution approving a Special Use Permit for Rachael Coleman to allow a Development within "B-3" Community Business District zoned property for a Bar/Tavern (Video Gaming) Establishment located at 5325 North Illinois. (Community Committee)
Move to reappoint Larry Mensing to the Planning Commission, term to expire September 1, 2021.
Move to approve the Holy Trinity 5k/1 Ok Run on September 22, 2018, from 11:30 A.M. to 2:00 p.m. and to approve the closing of one lane of Fountains Parkway and to hire two Officers on overtime to redirect traffic.
