State Senate race: Republican Plummer wins voter tally in O'Fallon Township Precinct 9

Jason Plummer led Democrat Brian Stout in votes cast in O'Fallon Township Precinct 9 for the District 54 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Plummer appeared to outpace Stout by a margin of 35.4 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
