State House race: Democrat Costello wins voter tally in Prairie Du Long Township Precinct 1

Jerry Costello II led Republican David Friess in votes cast in Prairie Du Long Township Precinct 1 for the District 116 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Costello appeared to outpace Friess by a margin of 2.1 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
