Proposed Resolution No. 49-'18, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with CDS Office Technologies for in-car Mobile Computers for use by the Fairview Heights Police Department. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 55-' 18, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor on behalf of the City to enter into Supplemental Agreement Two with Oates Associates to provide additional Professional Engineering Services for the Market Place Streetscape, Phase 1 Project. (Operations Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 56-'18, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve the Assignment & Assumption of Lease on the property located at 319 Fountains Parkway. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 57-'18, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the St. Clair County Parks Grant Commission for funding for the Grandstand Phase II and Football Field Renovations located in Everett Moody Park. 

Move to accept and approve the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Audit Reports as prepared by Scheffel Boyle, which includes the following: Annual Audit, Food and Beverage, Hotel/Motel Compliance Reports, Three (3) TIF Reports and additional reports as required by State and Federal laws.

Move to reappoint Chuck Daily, Chairman, Charles Kassly, Vice-Chairman and Bill Poletti to the Business Alliance Commission, terms to expire November 17, 2021.
