A meeting of the Joint Review Board of the Tax Increment Finance District #1 of Glen Carbon, Illinois will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at Glen Carbon Village Hall located at 151 North Main Street, Glen Carbon, IL.
