11-A(1). 11-A(2). Motion to authorize the charitable transfer, scrap, discard or auction of miscellaneous city property located at several city buildings pursuant to Section 11-76-4 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-76-4).

11-A(3). Motion to approve a Letter of Understanding with IDOT regarding ADA updates for pedestrian traffic on North Belt West between 17th Street and Frank Scott Parkway (no cost to City).

(Applicable sections of the Zoning Code: 162.248, 162.515) Ward 2 Zoning Board unanimously recommended APPROVAL in the name of the applicant only

A request for a Use Variance to allow storage at 2114 East B Street (Parcel number: 08-23.0-110- 086) located in an "A-2" Two-Family Residence District. (Applicable section of the Zoning Code: 162.570) Ward 1 Zoning Board unanimously recommended APPROVAL with the stipulation all storage is internal, vehicles on the property are licensed and buildings painted.

A request for amendment of Title XV (Land Usage) of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Belleville, Illinois Sections 162.094, 162.109, 162.124, 162.139, 162.154, 162.169, 162.183, 162.198, 162.214, 162.233, 162.248, 162.263, 162.278, 162.308, 162.323, 162.378 "Special Uses" with the addition of " Personal Solar Energy System (PSES)" and "Solar Farm Energy System (SFES)." Zoning Board unanimously recommended APPROVAL

A request for a Special Use Permit for a Solar Farm Energy System (SFES) on a 40.4 acre "D-1" Light Industrial District-zoned parcel on State Route 15 (08-35.0-400-011). (Applicable Section of the Zoning Code: 162.094, 162.428) Zoning Board unanimously recommended APPROVAL

12-A. General and Community Assistance Open House 01/11/19 The Office of General and Community Assistance to hold an

Open House and Dedication of their newly-renovated office on Friday, January 11, 2019, 9:00am to 11:00am.

12-B. Chiro-Med Winter Luau 5k Route Change 01/19/19

Request from Chiro-Med and the City of Belleville to change the 5k route for Saturday, January 19, 2019 due to construction. Route will proceed west on West Main, to 28th Street through Swansea turning around at Catawba. Rolling street closures with Police personnel. Swansea Police Department notified of the change in route.
