City of Lebanon City Council will meet January 14

City of Lebanon City Council will meet on January 14. 

Here is the agenda as provided by the council:

1. Call to Order, Roll Call & Pledge


2. Previous Business:

a. Ordinance 2019–003 – Authorizing the City Manager to execute an annexation agreement with Turtlecreek Township to support the annexation of property located at 1831 S.R. 63 and being owned by A.W. Cardinal Inc.

b. Ordinance 2019–004 – Approving a 3-year contract with Miller Lawn and Landscape, with an annual cost of $42,629.36 for the bush-hogging of certain City parks and public right of way

c. Ordinance 2019–005 - Approving a 3-year contract with Daily’s Lawn & Landscaping, with an annual cost of $61,278.09, for the mowing of certain City parks and public right of way

3. New Business:

a. Resolution – Requesting the County Auditor to make tax advances during 2019 pursuant to section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code (See Summary Sheet)

b. Resolution – Approving City support services for various festivals and events that are located in the public right of way

c. Ordinance – Approving the rezoning and PUD Concept Plan for the property located at 511 N. Broadway Ave. from a split zoning of Neighborhood Commercial (NC) and Residential One C (R1-C) to a Mixed Use Planned Unit Development (MU-PUD) (See Summary Sheet)

4. General Discussion Topics:

a. E. Mulberry St. Streetscape – Gateway Feature Presentation

b. Public Education Week Proclamation – Jan. 22nd Council Meeting

c. Rezoning of 511 N. Broadway Ave. property – Public Hearing at Jan. 22nd Council Meeting

5. Open Discussion.

6. Executive Session. (as required)
