Q3 real estate sales report: St. Libory

Median prices declined in St. Libory over last year, and are down 37.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 1 home sold in St. Libory for a price of $53,000. That's 32.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in St. Libory.

Median property tax for homeowners in St. Libory was $2,915.87 in 2016 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.6 percent of their home's value in taxes.
