Q3 real estate sales report: Millstadt

Median prices declined in Millstadt over last year, and are down 20.5 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 13 homes sold in Millstadt for a median price of $133,000. That's 31.4 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Millstadt.

Median property tax for homeowners in Millstadt was $5,491.31 in 2016 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.6 percent of their home's value in taxes.
