How did Chris Kolker spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Chris Kolker's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Judge Kolker, spent $17,699 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kolker's committee spent the most on return of personal funds to candidate deposited into wrong account in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,689) going to Christopher Kolker in Fairview Heights.
