How did William R Haine spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic William R Haine's election campaign committee, Friends of Bill Haine, spent $8,861 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Haine's committee spent the most on car lease payment in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,475) going to GM Financial in Williamsville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Haine's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
