New Vision Democrat Organization owes $18,028 in fines

The campaign committee New Vision Democrat Organization owes a $503 fine imposed on Dec. 22, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $17,525 with Robert I. I.I Eastern listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 17 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $237,638 in pending fines.
