The Forty PerCenters owes $3,400 in fines

The campaign committee The Forty PerCenters owes a $1,425 fine imposed on June 8, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $1,975 with Ethereal Muhammad listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 17 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $237,638 in pending fines.
