Democratic Chris Kolker's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Judge Kolker, spent $116,287 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kolker's committee spent the most on advertising - mail in the quarter, with all those payments ($89,189) going to The Strategy Group, LLC in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kolker's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
