How did Edwin L Cockrell spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Edwin L Cockrell's election campaign committee, Citizens for Ed Cockrell, spent $6,215 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cockrell's committee spent the most on fund raising (food) in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,191) going to American Legion Auxiliary in St. Libory. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cockrell's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
