Belleville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Belleville rose by $4,750 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 340 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,750 - a 5% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 323 homes sold in Belleville in the second quarter of 2016.
