Lebanon home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lebanon rose by $71,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 68.7% increase over the $103,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lebanon in the third quarter of 2016.
