Rosewood Heights home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Rosewood Heights fell by $5,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,700 - a 5.3% decrease over the $99,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Rosewood Heights in the fourth quarter of 2016.
