Swansea home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Swansea fell by $12,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,750 - a 6.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Swansea in the third quarter of 2016.
