Miller home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Miller rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 33.8% increase over the $140,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Miller in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Miller for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,570.70, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
