Mascoutah home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mascoutah fell by $3,750 while total sales decreased by 34.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,250 - a 2.2% decrease over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Mascoutah in the fourth quarter of 2016.
