Dupo home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Dupo fell by $7,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 8.6% decrease over the $84,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Dupo in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Dupo for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,929.80, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
