Briar Hill home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Briar Hill rose by $79,450 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,450 - a 111.9% increase over the $71,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Briar Hill in the second quarter of 2017.
