Fairview Heights home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Fairview Heights fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Fairview Heights in the second quarter of 2017.
