Centreville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Centreville rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,000 - a 100% increase over the $8,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Centreville in the second quarter of 2017.
