Brighton (Jersey County) home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Brighton in Jersey County rose by $11,400 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,400 - a 14.1% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Brighton in the first half of 2016, as well.
