Millstadt home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Millstadt rose by $9,750 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $166,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Millstadt in the second half of 2016.
