Worden home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Worden fell by $36,000 while total sales increased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,500 - a 17.9% decrease over the $201,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Worden in the second half of 2017.
