Kendall Hill home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Kendall Hill rose by $2,450 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,450 - a 1.6% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Kendall Hill in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Kendall Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,128, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
