Rosewood Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rosewood Heights rose by $10,300 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $94,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Rosewood Heights in the second half of 2017.
