Maryville home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Maryville rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in Maryville in 2016.
