Kendall Hill home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Kendall Hill rose by $24,750 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 20.6% increase over the $120,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Kendall Hill in 2016.
