New Douglas home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in New Douglas fell by $88,550 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,450 - a 63.3% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Douglas in 2016.
