      Proposed Ordinance No. 3-'19, an Ordinance repealing Chapter 16, of Ordinance No. 190, "The Revised Code," Chapter 16, Fees and Salaries, Article I- Salaries, and establishing a new Article 1 Salaries and; an Ordinance fixing salaries of certain appointed officials and employees of the City of Fairview Heights, IL 2019-2020.       Proposed Resolution No. 18-'19, a Resolution authorizing the spending of Hotel/Motel Funds from the Hotel/Motel Tax Grant Funding Program for the promotion of tourism within the City of Fairview Heights based on the amount approved in the 2019-2020 City Budget as approved by City Council. (Administration Committee)

      Move to go into Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (5) Purchase of Property.
