Holiday Shores home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Holiday Shores rose by $139,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,000 - a 80.3% increase over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Holiday Shores in August 2017.
