Highland home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Highland rose by $14,050 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $142,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Highland in August 2017.
